While negotiating the sale of the car Stephen was cooperative. However, I drove away with a tire which was leaking air. Very slow or no response from him. Also, I repeatedly asked him to get me the ez pass tag which was left in the car I sold them as a trade in. He promised to look for it and still no word from him.

On August 6th, I purchased a vehicle from Grieco Nissan of Delray Beach. After closing the deal all that was left was for them to send me a text with the link to the LoJack that was already installed on the vehicle (I didn’t want it but was told they could not remove it). I was promised by the salesperson , during the lease sale of my two vehicles that I will be getting 3 oil changes and 2 tire rotations. I was told by service provider this was not true. No tire rotations. I went directly to service manager and he said , Nissan no longer provides tire rotations with the oil changes anymore. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I gave 4 stars because the service provider was courteous and explained what service I will be provided, which was very quick. I also was text a video of the actual service being provided.

I would not buy a car from this company again would not want my worst enemy to by a car from here they will sell you a car with a broken transmission they covered up so it works for 2 weeks and breaks and than they won’t work with you besides not giving you paper work that you signed and are somehow missing!

Grieco asks for 5 stars, but I struggle to even give one. Thankfully, Nissan is discontinuing the Titan, which might spare future diesel owners the frustration I’ve experienced. Delray Nissan—now Grieco—clearly lacks technicians with diesel experience. Over the past three years, every visit has been met with an entirely new service advisor team, none of whom seem informed or capable. There's a serious lack of accountability and initiative across the board. Unfortunately, this place feels more like a revolving door than a reliable service center. I'd rather drive to Northlake or Greenacres...
I had an utterly disappointing experience at GRIECO NISSAN OF DELRAY BEACH. From start to finish, the process was riddled with dishonesty and poor customer service. They claimed to offer competitive pricing but instead tried to upsell unnecessary add-ons at ridiculous prices. Unbelievable, now that the dust has settled it has become obvious that this dealership is not only shady but downright fraudulent in it's business dealing. Fidel listened carefully to our understanding about leasing another sentra as our sentra lease was up in august. If the cost today was not what we would accept we were waiting until august as based on Biden's debate performance the retail sales will get worse and the incentives will get better in august. I needed an oil change and they took me right in. It only took a short time and I was done. Very nice people and so helpful. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. This dealerships has undergone so much staff turnover in the past two years. Every time I change my oil, the entire service counter is new. It begs the question, how good is their management and leadership.
Today, I had an appointment to change break pads, and Mal told me I had to skim rotators as well. One couldn’t be done without the other. They make you feel ripped off, like they are cheating you. No knowledge, always trying to hard sell you services you don’t need, and horrendous customer service.

Before you buy a car everybody were very nice to me. But after I pay the money they don't recognize me anymore. That what happened to me. I canceled my GAP/maintenance insurance and applied for refund in finance department with Kevin Diaz. He told me I will have refund in 4-6 weeks. It's already more then 4 month I can't get my refund.
